The Cazimi moon (moods) is a special "light" effect by virtue of minor degrees. It means "heart of the Sun" in Arabic.
It is an alignment of the Sun (image) where the moon's center crosses over the center of the solar disc. In an instant you can get to the heart of a matter whether that be a person, place or thing.
This is not a common occurrence... and everyone can benefit. It's brief encounter touches upon something ever so lightly and yet it leaves an indelible impression. It's quick too, it seems to flit in from out of nowhere.
This is happening in the Dog (aka: Libra) (serves duty) sign where a tense square between the Dog and the Ox (aka: Capricorn, cow, buffalo) (rules status) is about to begin. Pluto the dwarf (fate) is at the near zero point of the Ox, the early stage of a 15 year transit. Soon it will lock horns with Saturn the taskmaster (time) which is moving into the Dog sign for the next 2.5 years on 10/29. The hammer is down, the shoe drops.
But somehow we have this extraordinary, divine grace built-in at the early stages of a long, tight rope. It's "moon beam" sends down light in a new direction to illuminate a better path. Follow the light and don't falter. This dog new moon is a brave lion heart! True romance and affection gets more than half a chance.
